According to Star magazine, Sarah Jessica Parker’s husband, Matthew Broderick, was cheating on her with a younger woman. Now, according to Star magazine the Sex and the City celebrity is house hunting in New York City — as a soon to be single mom!

Apparenty while Sarah Jessica thought she could salvage her marriage, she did begin looking for a place of her own with the help of a midtown New York city real estate broker .   Sarah Jessica reportedly is determined to get her own place and now ma be seeking to bring an end to her marriage to acting star Mathew Broderick.   While it was probably easier for Sarah Jessica Parker to stay than to go through a likely bitter   divorce, the couple seems to be essentially living separate lives.

With the the holiday season over, the superstar actress is beginning to execute an exit strategy from her marriage, taking into consideration the impact on her 6-year-old son, James Wilkie — probaly why the marriage held on all along  while the couple had their issues.
